Steps to sumbit a Coupler file:

1. Enter the username and password provided by Dr Chamberland.
2. Select the Coupler that matches your current health issue.
3. Run thru all of the questions in the Non-Provider only sections.
4. When finished click on the FINISH tab.
5. Choose the option: Email Your Coupler Session to any email address.
6. Insert this email address ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ) into the Provider email address field.
